Refund policy
At HVNR Health, we take pride in delivering products of exceptional quality. If, however, you wish to return an item, please review the policy below.
As our assortment includes both food items and non-food goods, each category follows its own return conditions.
1. NON-FOOD ITEMS
You are welcome to return non-food items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
– Unused
– In its original condition
– Safely repackaged for transport
Partial returns are accepted for orders containing multiple items.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
Please allow up to 14 days after the product reaches us for the refund to be processed.
2. FOOD ITEMS (HONEY, TEA, ETC.)
For the safety of all customers and in compliance with EU hygiene regulations, food items may only be returned under strictly controlled conditions.
A food item can only be returned if:
- The packaging is 100% intact
- The seal is completely unbroken
- The product is unopened, unused, and undamaged
- The original packaging is pristine
Once a food product has been opened, even partially, it is no longer eligible for return.
If your order includes both food and non-food items, each product will be assessed individually according to the corresponding rules.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact our team at contact@hvnrhealth.com with your order number.
Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
Keep proof of postage until the refund has been completed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
4. REFUND PROCESS
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
– Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless HVNR is at fault.
– Partial returns will result in a partial refund corresponding to the returned items only.
