All orders are shipped with trusted logistics partners and include full tracking for peace of mind. A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it immediately.

Delivery Times

– EU: 2–4 business days after dispatch

– Rest of the world: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, seasonal volume, or remote delivery locations. While we always aim for a seamless experience, HVNR cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

If your package arrives damaged

Should your shipment arrive visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to:

Photograph the outer packaging and product immediately

Notify us within 48 hours at contact@hvnrhealth.com

 

We will then guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth resolution.
