2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are securely processed through approved gateways to ensure a safe and effortless checkout experience.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally using trusted partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. HVNR is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or unforeseen external factors.
4. Withdrawal & Returns
Returns must follow the guidelines outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
– Non-food items may be returned within 14 days.
– Food items must be entirely sealed and unopened to qualify for return.
5. Liability
HVNR is not responsible for indirect losses, consequential damages, or allergic reactions. Customers are expected to review product information and ingredients prior to use.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Should you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@hvnrhealth.com with photographs and order details. Our team will ensure swift resolution.
