If your package arrives damaged

Should your shipment arrive visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to:

1. Photograph the outer packaging and product immediately
2. Notify us within 48 hours at contact@hvnrhealth.com

We will then guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth resolution.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
