Unlike green tea and black tea, rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and comes from entirely different plant. Its has a smooth, less bitter taste and its own unique profile of naturally occurring polyphenols. Our red tea blend rooibos with hibiscus is plants increasingly recognised in modern wellness and nutrition. This tea is a great choice at any time of the day, including afternoon and evening.
Yerba Mate naturally contains caffeine and a distinct profile of plant compounds, while green tea contributes its own naturally occuring catechins and antioxidants. Together, they create a more complex, energising tea blend with a fresh botanical taste. Yerba Mate and green tea both naturally contain caffeine, so this blend is best suited to mornings or before activity, rather than late evening.
